Your family story remains yours.
A subscription controls new production work. It does not take away the family archive you already created.
Your ownership boundary
Each Branch Library is its own privacy, organizer, billing, consent, and renewal boundary. A connected Family Network shares only approved tree identities and confirmed relationships. It does not automatically expose recordings, documents, drafts, payment information, or private notes.
A sponsor may pay for someone else's project without receiving access. Cross-branch playback or reuse requires an explicit grant from the branch that owns the source.
A family team with one primary owner
The primary owner may invite trusted relatives as co-organizers. Co-organizers can edit books, review source material, and invite family contributors, but they cannot add or remove team users.
Billing, renewals, new-project payments, book ordering, and final print fulfillment remain restricted to the primary owner. Removing a co-organizer removes access without deleting the family material they already contributed.
If membership lapses
You keep reading and playback access, archive export, privacy and consent management, manual corrections to existing text and metadata, and the ability to order identical published books.
New recordings, uploads, invitations, AI processing, and new project creation require an active renewal or a Return & Create purchase. Cancellation alone never breaks a published QR playback link.
Export and deletion
The Family Archive Pack includes recordings, transcripts, uploaded media, source metadata, approved relationships, and published files available to the branch. Exports preserve attribution and consent information.
You may delete source media you control. Deleting a source intentionally breaks playback links that depend on it; the product will warn you before that action. Published print snapshots remain fixed records of what was approved at publication time.
AI and consent
Family viewing, printing, AI processing, archive Q&A, and any future rendering of a storyteller's own approved words are separate choices. Archive Q&A and voice rendering are off by default and independently withdrawable.
We do not build free-form persona simulations. Future voice rendering, if enabled by the storyteller, may read only words that person already approved, spoke, or wrote.
