The assisted pilot separates refundable product work, consumed human services, and printed-book manufacturing so there are no vague promises.
First 30 days
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the book has not entered print production. Once a book enters production, that print run cannot be recalled.
Human services
After 30 days, unperformed guided interviews, editing, design, or archival organization may be cancelled according to the service agreement supplied with the approved offer. Work already performed or consumed is not refundable.
Printed books
If the manufacturer verifies a production defect, we replace the affected copy at company cost. Family-requested content changes after proof approval are handled as a new revision and print order, not a manufacturing defect.
Shipping
The $149 first edition includes US shipping up to $12. Any excess US shipping and all international shipping are shown before payment. Print-cost guardrails may require a custom quote for unusually long or specialized books.
